Shakira handled our reservation and check-in, and was courteous and professional. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was hot and tasty. Since the hotel is just off the interstate, it worked well for a quick overnight stop. I'd stay again when I'm in Jackson.

The coffee was finally good, straight from the bean! Breakfast was good too, and the potatoes had a welcome little twist. We liked the extra security of having the vehicle behind a gate, though it felt a little strange. Staff were friendly enough, rooms and showers were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows could use replacing with better ones. The AC worked great, but the toilet paper holder is odd, and the roll flies off when you try to tear some paper.

The front desk clerk was professional and helpful with all the questions we had. The fitness center was terrible, without even a treadmill, and the hotel's location felt unsafe and scary. It also needs refurbishing and feels old. We travel and cruise from coast to coast, and we're Diamond members who usually book Best Western Plus hotels. We won't stay here again. The room was exceptional, smelled great, and everything was clean. I had a great stay, and the customer service was 100/10. Breakfast was awesome, and I ate as much as I could. I'll book again, and Best Western will be my first choice when I'm looking for a hotel.

The location was great and it was quiet, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom had been updated. We stay in lots of Best Westerns, and this is one of my top five. I'd definitely recommend it.
