Hotel Jackson was the most hospitable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were there for us through a wonderful occasion and an unexpected difficult one. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a birthday, and on the first day they surprised us with champagne and a thoughtful card. On her actual birthday, they brought a bottle of wine and a cake. Later, after one of the women in our group was seriously injured snowboarding at Jackson Hole Resort, we returned from a long day at the ER to a get-well card and a beautiful bouquet. Those gestures really touched us. Our whole group loved the amenities too, from the shuttle to the ski resort to the hot tub with beautiful mountain views. We all agreed it was the best hotel we’d experienced. I’ll tell family and friends to stay at Hotel Jackson when they visit the area.

The service is what makes Hotel Jackson stand out. The staff gave us a next-level experience that exceeded every expectation. The property is smaller and has an intimate boutique feel, but it still feels grand. The rooms are beautiful, modern, high-end, and perfectly appointed. If you want to stay in the heart of town and be looked after so well, this is a fantastic choice in Jackson.

The private rooftop hot tub is bookable, so don’t forget your bathing suits! We loved being in the town square, and the tree lighting ceremony the day after Thanksgiving was a highlight. Thanksgiving falls in the middle of the seasonal change, but the winter activities sound awesome. We’d like to come back in spring and in full winter.

The staff were exceptional, the restaurant was great, and the amenities were top notch. This was my first visit, and the hotel left a strong impression. It’s beautifully designed, warm and cozy, and close to everything. They’re currently adding more rooms, a rooftop dining restaurant, and a wellness spa. I’ve traveled the world and stayed at many luxury hotels, and this one was memorable. I highly recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We loved Hotel Jackson, especially its spot in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar and other great places. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with a cozy feel and a touch of luxury. Its restaurant served one of the best meals of our trip, with creative cuisine and a distinctive flair. Everyone was kind and attentive, from the front desk to valet and concierge. Special thanks to the lovely concierge lady, who handled every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. The service easily matched, if not surpassed, many five-star hotels in Germany. Our room stayed spotless thanks to housekeeping, and the large shower and high-quality luxury-brand amenities made it even more comfortable. The hot tub on the 3rd floor was a lovely way to unwind after exploring Jackson. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend Hotel Jackson for top-tier hospitality and a memorable stay in the heart of Jackson Hole.
