We stayed a week because my husband didn’t think we could risk driving elsewhere with our car needing brakes and a tire. The front desk ignored my app reservation, saying the owner doesn’t like using them. They charged me $120 instead of $56, then told my rewards app we hadn’t checked in. Keeping the reservation all week without the app cost us another $240. We thought that extra $240 was a deposit we’d get back, but no. The front desk said they don’t deal with rewards and points people.

There’s a bed bug problem here. I stayed years ago and had no trouble, but on a recent visit I got bitten by bed bugs in room 207. The hotel is old and outdated, and I wouldn’t stay again. Wish I could give zero stars.

We’d planned to stay three nights, but the location wasn’t where we wanted because we hoped to be closer to my sister. We ended up staying just one night. They understood and got my money back right away, and the manager was nice and very helpful.
