The price was ridiculous, and this was easily the worst hotel stay I've had. I didn't talk to the employees because there seemed to be too much for such a small handful of staff to deal with. I also wouldn't count on breakfast being decent. We came out of the shower to find other people leaving with their breakfast plates, and that's when the whole stay really clicked for me. The room was dusty and the floors were a little dirty, though I could've swept those. But the noise on the second floor was unusually bad, especially in the morning. There are no microwaves in the rooms, and I couldn't buy anything in the lobby. I've stayed in cheap and expensive hotels around Jackson, and I'd recommend any other one.

The rooms were nice and clean, but I can't sleep with traffic roaring through those paper thin windows. The interstate noise from tractor trailers on I-40 goes on all night, and rooms near the road make it even worse. The hallway is almost tomb quiet, then you step into a room and the traffic blasts in. I've tried staying here multiple times, but this was my last time. I don't see how they'd fix it without replacing the windows. The noise is inexcusable.

Shann at the front desk really stood out. He went out of his way for guests, had a great personality, and makes the best coffee. The staff were friendly and professional, and treated everyone with a lot of class. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. I travel for business and, since it seems fairly new, I wasn't sure what to expect when booking online, but the place surpassed my expectations. I had a wonderful visit and will definitely be revising on my annual trip this way.

The walls and ceilings barely block any sound. I could hear full conversations next door and it felt like the people upstairs were dragging furniture and running a circus. We were there for just one night, so we put up with it, but the noise made it hard to relax or sleep. Staff and check-in were fine, but there was no peace and quiet.
