On Feb 2y, a female manager was checking people in and helped me. I told her I didn’t have my license but did have my immigration documents and booking information. She said she wouldn’t let me in without a passport. When I explained again that I only had my immigration documents, she started talking about Trump and said she still wouldn’t let me in. She refused to check me in. It was the worst service and hotel, and it showed me that discrimination is still prevalent, even in 2026.

We booked a nonrefundable room and got room 427. The parking lot had no lights and maybe nine cars; the place looked closed, though the lobby light was on. There were three pizza boxes with food in the fridge, the TV had no channels, and the AC was stuck at 77 and wouldn’t adjust. One of the two old double beds had stained sheets, and there was no bar of soap in the bathroom. No one answered at the front desk. At 1:40 a.m., the phone rang with nobody speaking, and it didn’t work when I tried it. I called from my cell and reached a security person who said there were no problems on site. We left at 5:15 a.m. and came back to ask about refunds, but only the security guard was there, asleep on the couch in the small lobby. We made noise and he didn’t stir. A large machine was running in the lobby to remove moisture. I hope they return the $50 they took for incidentals. I called that afternoon to try to reach the manager, but the front desk girl said it was impossible. She wouldn’t give her name, put me on hold, and never came back. What a dump. Worst hotel ever.

I booked from Sunday through Wednesday after seeing the website advertise a 24-hour front desk, a pool, and a jacuzzi. I arrived from the airport at 12:25 a.m., but security said nobody could check me in and told me to return at 8 a.m. I went back to my car and slept there. On Monday, once inside, I saw signs that the breakfast room and jacuzzi were closed. The jacuzzi was empty, and the pool was marked closed due to weather, though it had water and it was 77 on Monday and 82 on Tuesday. The hotel felt empty and scary to stay in. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I was glad I’d booked through the United website. I called them and they started investigating.

The room wasn’t clean. The mirror looked like someone had sprayed it and forgotten to wipe it, so I suspect the rest of the room got the same half-hearted once-over. There was no hot water in my shower, which I only discovered the next morning when I went to get ready. Nobody from staff was around. The front desk clerk showed up around 8:15, then needed another 30 minutes to get into the system and find me a new room. The rate was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t stay here again.
