Aside from a rough night, it was a good stay, pretty typical Holiday Inn Express. Around 1am on Saturday, a whole busload of young men from some kind of sports team arrived, maybe 35 of them. They weren’t considerate of the rest of the hotel. The noise from the room above sounded like wrestling and stomping, so I called the desk. The clerk said the team had just checked in and was settling in. It stayed loud until after 4am, and sleep was very difficult. Maybe put groups like that on the ground floor so nobody is underneath them.

The pool was frigid, which might be fine outdoors but not in an enclosed space. Still, we had a great night’s sleep, and the bed was amazing. Delaney checked in my daughter and me, upgraded us to a suite, and put us right across from the pool, which made my little one happy. She was friendly and personable, and it felt like she cared about our comfort and experience. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and filling. The young man looking after the dining area kept it in top shape and did a stellar job. Erica was only briefly involved at checkout this morning, but she was warm, all smiles, quick, and efficient. She was a blessing to talk to. The hotel itself felt cozy and inviting, and I highly recommend it. This was my 115th stay this year, so I’ve got plenty to compare it with.

We stopped here during a snowstorm while driving home from visiting family. I had the whole second floor to myself, and the hotel still had that new-hotel smell. Breakfast in the morning had a huge selection.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The cinnamon roll is a must try! The place was clean, service was good, and the whole experience was great. Thank you! 😋

The room was clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was good. It’s a nice facility and I’d stay again. Just a heads up, the indoor pool isn’t heated, there’s no hot tub, though the pool area itself is nice.
