Two Rivers Inn West

The rooms aren't anything special, but the service was incredible, and the rotating canine greeters were both well-fed and well-behaved. I'm a woman traveling alone on what I hope will be one of my worst road trips, and all I needed was a safe place to curl up with my dog and clear my head for a night. The woman at the desk, who may have been the owner, treated me like a person rather than a customer. She made me feel safe and welcome in a way that's hard to find these days. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stay at the Two Rivers Inn.

After a very long day, we had a pleasant first stay at a Mom & Pop motel. We called ahead to check availability and only had to leave our name and estimated arrival time. Manager Kelly greeted us at the door. Some features in the room were older, but the bed and bath had been updated, and the whole space was spotless. The rates are budget-friendly. The morning manager was lovely to talk with and welcomed us with coffee. We couldn't have asked for better, and we'll happily recommend it to friends traveling cross-country. Thank you!

Small-town feel, close to the river for fishing, and cheap. The manager works her ass off to keep it clean and does it all herself. The bed squeaks, but the AC works great. The TV has apps instead of terrible cable.

On our drive from Minnesota to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, we stayed at Two Rivers Inn West and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, the shower had great water pressure, and the service was some of the best we've had on a road trip. We definitely recommend it.
