Stephanie was kind and patient with an older man who seemed confused about meeting someone at the hotel. My husband helped him get a box from his car, and she looked after him. The front desk was helpful in general. The one letdown was the woman at the breakfast bar. She had an earpiece in, barely appeared, and didn't acknowledge us even when I said hello. The hotel itself was renovated and clean, with a good bed and linens, and plenty of places to eat nearby.

I felt at home chatting with the staff over coffee at 5 a.m. They were so pleasant. The breakfast had enough choices to suit everyone, and the workout room was great, even had a scale. The hotel was spotless and well stocked. It's among the top 10 places I've stayed, so I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Jasper, Alabama. Five stars, two big thumbs up!

Planning another trip and I'll stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way, and the place felt safe and was super clean. Awesome breakfast too!

Poncho was so attentive and made our stay a great experience. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, and I'd stay again. We were there for four nights, though, and the room wasn't cleaned during that time. Housekeeping stopped by one day with towels, but didn't leave toilet paper or Kleenex, which we needed. Poncho got more for us at the front desk.

I'm awful at remembering names, but the overnight guy on 7/31 and the morning girl on 7/2 were fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was amazing!
