Room 201 had no internet on any of our four devices during our stay, from 5 PM to 6 AM. The toilet lid was cracked, too. At 2 AM there was loud fighting from other guests, and at 3 AM loud music, but the front desk wouldn’t help with either. Next time I’m passing through, I’ll spend $20 more somewhere better.

The bed in room 119 was lumpy and really uncomfortable, which is why I took off a star. I wanted to mention it in case mattress replacement is on the to-do list, since they seem to take pride in the place and are making improvements. Everything else was a plus: the room was very clean, the employees were nice and helpful, and the area seemed safe. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, some within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

This is the nicest Red Roof I’ve stayed in. The location is great, with several stores and restaurants right next door, and the staff were nice. My room was really clean. Highly recommend!

We spent the weekend there for my birthday, and the hotel was disgusting. They gave us dirty towels, then at checkout the guy banged on our door and said it was time to leave, even though he could see we were packing. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ll never stay there again.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After spending a night at the i-26 on brownsmill Rd, where I didn’t even have heat, coming here felt like the lap of luxury. It’s also $4 cheaper.
