Maryann made our six-day honeymoon at Pearson's Pond feel special from start to finish. She coordinated our many excursions, gave us great tips for restaurants and activities, and was ready to help with anything, always with a smile. Her hospitality was among the sweetest we've experienced, and we'll definitely return with others. The property is stunning, with a beautiful pond, and the location made it easy to get around the Juneau area. We loved taking it slow there, grilling our catch of the day, paddle boating, using the hot tubs and fire pit, and walking around the nearby area in the evenings. Maryann had thought of lovely touches too: sparkling cider, homemade hot breakfasts, candles and rose petals, and luxurious robes for going to and from the hot tubs. The amenities were worth every penny. It was the most incredible week of our lives, and we highly recommend staying here.

Mary Ann and the staff were wonderfully gracious hosts during our wedding and honeymoon stay at Pearson's Pond. It was spectacular, and one of the nicest places in Juneau, close to Mendenhall Glacier. If we return to Juneau, we'll book here again. The breakfast area was stocked with every juice and food we could want, and Mary Ann even put out gluten-free bread for me. My wife loved the massage she had on site. On our wedding night they left us candles and champagne. Such sweet, wonderful people.

Staying at this inn felt comfortable and luxurious, with a hot tub right in the room. It was easy to feel away from everything while still having all the comforts you could want. Maryann made sure we had a hearty breakfast each morning, comfy slippers, and mountain tram passes that were free for guests. Her two recommendations I liked best were the Jensen-Olson Arboretum, a botanical garden around a cove, and the tram ride up the mountain. The grounds are tranquil, cozy, and beautiful, and very close to Mendenhall Glacier. We could relax on the patio, sit by the fountain, or take one of the boats out on the pond. I kept feeling torn between enjoying the inn and going out to see Juneau.

There are only a few families staying at Pearson's Pond at a time, so it feels like having a luxury spa almost to yourself. The place is serene, surrounded by nature and the pond, and Maryann and her team take care of you at every turn. Maryann made our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She gave us excellent ideas for things to do and handled bookings, then went above and beyond helping us plan not just Juneau but bear watching, Haines, Denali, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Kaktovic. You'll love staying here. Five stars!

The garden is so peaceful. Ending a great day in the hot tub with cold wine from the fridge, looking at the pond and listening to ducks as the sun goes down, was just perfect. Mary-anne, the owner and inn keeper, does everything she can to make the place cozy and nice. It felt almost like visiting a beloved aunt. Our room was spacious and pleasant. My only complaint is that breakfast starts late, at 8.30, which uses up some valuable daylight before you can head out into the magnificent nature. Still, you can help yourself to cereal and breakfast sandwiches.
