Courtyard Palm Beach Jupiter

The room was dated, though it did have a nice patio that I didn’t get time to use. The shower pressure was weak and needs attention. Breakfast was good, but a sandwich with Starbucks coffee and a small parfait came to about $30. I should’ve gone out to eat. I liked the location, and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping also brought me some extras.

We had to go back in person just to get updates because communication was almost nonexistent. We checked in at 9:00 AM and were told the room would be ready by 1:00 PM. By 3:30 PM, we still had no text or update and couldn’t reach the front desk directly. When we finally got a room, the television didn’t work. I asked for regular pillows; the request was acknowledged, but none arrived. The associate who handled our initial check-in was indifferent at best and came across as unprofessional. Hospitality starts with people, and that was completely missing. I rarely leave a negative review, but this stay was deeply disappointing. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and at every level. This place is marketed as three stars, but the service felt closer to one. It has potential, but until communication and basic service improve, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Avoid this dump. The pillows aren’t real pillows, literally no feather pillows in the hotel, and the bed was so soft I sank into it. There were stains on the furniture, and housekeeping only came every other day. I’m also worried about bed bugs, since other people have had them here.

The courtyard was dated and poorly maintained, which seems standard in the US. I won’t stay again, since there are better choices for the price. Even as a Titanium member I got no upgrade, and to make it worse they put me on the first floor beside the parking lot.
