I won't be returning. On top of the problems with my stay, housekeeping let doors slam against their locks in the morning, making a lot of noise. The front desk also had no business cards for managers or supervisors, or information about the owner or investor. I found the owner, DHC, through public records. I'm a Diamond member, and my room was booked with a group but paid separately. The Assistant Manager said my Honors number had been added, though I might not get points. It never showed up in the app, and several people I contacted, including two reception staff and the outsourced Honors phone line, kept passing the issue along. I returned to the desk at 3pm as instructed, only to be told the Manager wasn't on the property and wouldn't be back until the next day. It's strange that no customer-facing manager was available in the early afternoon at an eight-floor hotel. My room also lacked some supplies, including soap and tissues, for a multi-day stay, and there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. After three people said they couldn't help, I didn't even get the chance to explain those room problems. Now I have to keep pursuing this, and charges normally waived with Diamond status will need to be credited. Someone could've taken ownership and sorted it out. I've never had this happen at another Hilton property. Infuriating.

A good choice for longer stays. The room was neat and clean, with a full-size fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. The whole place was clean, and staff were friendly at any hour.

At 1 am, we spotted loads of long black and brown hairs on the blanket, not just one or two. I've got red hair and my husband has short blond hair, so they weren't ours. We're settled in bed and obviously don't want to change rooms now. Gross. I wonder what Kathy Hilton would think.

I was there for three days, and my car was broken into in the parking garage. They broke the window and tried to steal it. The hotel itself was fine, but the parking felt sketchy and the downtown area did too, with lots of homeless people around. Hilton sent me a form letter apologizing, but didn't say how they'd help or what they'd do. Then they called yesterday to ask when I'd stay at one of their hotels again. I said never. They didn't seem to care about my car or want to do anything about it.
