The rooms were clean and the outside looked nice, but the rooms were very small. There was a stove but no dishes, which you could rent at the front desk or buy. After three days there, I asked for fresh linen on day two and was told fresh towels would cost $6.50. The bed had a metal frame and an uncomfortable mattress, the chairs were plastic, and there were no curtains on the windows. Dogs barked in the rooms, and some people seemed to live there long term. Not somewhere I'd visit again.

The location is superb, and the people coming and going seemed to be professional workers. I stayed for a week while moving and, though I'm pretty picky, found the place perfectly fine for the price. My room was exceptionally clean, everything worked, and there were no odors in the building or the room. The heat and air conditioning worked great. The front desk staff were friendly, and everything I needed for the price was included. I wanted to let others know it's a good fit for what you pay.

For a longer stay, this worked out well, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Weekly rates were about $375. The only drawback was having to wash your own linens or pay $10 a week for laundry service. There's a full laundry room that takes cards. The owner is around during the day, with a staff member available 24/7. The lobby closes at 8 or 9 p.m., but you can call from the phone there and someone will come help.

We arrived Friday afternoon thinking we had help arranged, but by Monday evening we were told to pay or leave. They locked us out of the room and away from our belongings. The front desk knew we weren't going to get the help we needed, but didn't tell us. Then they tried to charge more than the amount she'd quoted. The housekeepers were rude, never smiled, and gave people stink eye. They complained about work to anyone who'd listen, which might explain the lack of job applications. Corporate should give these employees Customer Service 101. If you need to be treated like nobody and have your self-esteem destroyed, this is the place.
