Dinner, cookies, and breakfast were included, which was a nice bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and roomy everything was. The even-numbered rooms face the freeway, so next time I’d ask for one of those. The Keurig needs descaling, though, since coffee grounds ended up in my first cup of tea. There wasn’t bottled water in the room, so remember to bring some.

The pool being open around the clock was the main reason I booked, and I appreciated the quiet adult hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Families and adults can use it from 7 AM to 10 PM. The staff were great about working around my long shifts, from cleaning to pool questions, and on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they had dinner and saved me a plate when I worked until 8:30 PM. Breakfast staff were amazing too, helping me take food to go. I’d recommend this place to families or business travelers who want to relax after long hours on the road.

We were in town for basketball tournaments, and the central location worked really well. The room was great, with comfortable beds and pillows, and we liked the breakfast. There was one front desk interaction where my daughter felt the person had an attitude when she asked for extra towels, so we bought our own. The hallway noise also carried from the rooms, which was especially tough with a baby. Still, it was a good stay, and those smaller issues wouldn’t stop us from returning.

I won’t stay here again. I canceled after staff confirmed by email and verbally that there would be no fee, yet I was charged $160. When I contacted the hotel, nobody took responsibility for giving me conflicting information. Being told the same thing twice and billed anyway was really disappointing and felt misleading. I’ve already contacted management and the diamond elite customer service team, but they weren’t helpful. If you book here, get cancellation terms in writing and check your charges carefully.
