We stayed on the third floor in the Steve McQueen room, and the interior design and atmosphere were fantastic. My wife and I loved the Aida hotel’s location too. We walked to the Nelson, had dinner at Trio Cafe and brunch at Wylie Hall, then even made a late-night QT run for ice cream. Check-in and checkout were contactless, with codes for the front door and our room, and the whole property was clearly labeled and easy to navigate. The two rooms on the main floor are beautiful. I wish we’d had more time to play the piano. We’ve already recommended the hotel to friends and family and can’t wait to return. Thanks again, Ryan & David!

The garden terrace and the green-drenched sitting room were two of our favorite details. Every room we looked at had thoughtful touches, and the owners were responsive. We found the place cozy and welcoming, and the light sound of doors closing didn’t take away from our stay. My partner and I loved our Valentine’s weekend so much that we booked again before leaving. We’ll be back for my birthday over memorial weekend, then hope to come at least quarterly for a getaway. It’s honestly our favorite place we’ve stayed. Thanks for a lovely weekend. See you in May! -AB & Diana

This was such a cozy, quiet spot for a Valentine’s getaway. We were welcomed with red and pink balloons and chocolates from a local shop, and champagne was offered in the evening. My wife and I adored the place, tucked into the arts district right across from the Nelson-Atkins Museum. The details throughout felt carefully considered, and we booked another stay for May before leaving town.

For a friend’s birthday, we had a mini staycation in KC, and I’m so glad we chose Aida Hotel. The place is truly one of a kind. I loved wandering through the rooms and taking in the art, books, lighting, really everything. I’m happy I got to experience it.

Ryan and David left a thoughtful, delicious treat from a local business in our gorgeous room. The bed was super comfortable, too. Getting in was simple and didn’t involve meeting anyone: we filled out an online form, then got all the information we needed by email. I loved staying at Aida hotel and will definitely return on a future trip to KC.
