Pickwick Cozy Dt Apts With Gym And Pool By Zencity

We left within the first hour and booked a different hotel because the problems made us uneasy. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived around 5pm, and another person had to let us into the building. The itinerary email said there’d be a key fob in the room, but it wasn’t there, leaving us with no way to get out because the code was wrong. The door also couldn’t be locked from inside, so anyone with the code could theoretically enter. The couch looked stained, and there was a hair on a towel laid out on the bed. Contacting Zencity was difficult. When we asked for another room, they said it would take about two hours and promised to call back, but never did. We emailed about the missing fob and didn’t hear back until midnight, when they said, "the key fob is in the room." We’d been calling and emailing because it wasn’t there. I’ve never had such poor customer service. I expect a refund, and although I don’t enjoy posting bad reviews, this was truly horrible. It’s now been three months of trying to get a refund. They say they refunded me over a month ago, but it never came through, and they won’t provide proof of confirmation.
