Sky on Main - Luxe DT Apts with Gym + Roof Terrace by Zencity

Living at Sky on Main has felt like being part of a community. The staff put on weekly Friday Night Flights with drinks and snacks, plus monthly events with adult beverages and food. Stacy and Rachel serve incredible spreads, and residents who want to mingle are made to feel welcome. Since I applied, the whole experience has been fantastic. Stacy, Tonia, Rachel, Marlin, and the other 24/7 security guards have all been friendly. The apartments are bright and spacious, maintenance is quick to help, amenities are handy and keep improving, and the city views are breathtaking. It's a step above other urban places I've lived.

Sky on Main made a strong impression, even though our plans eventually went another way. The building is beautiful, with modern apartment layouts, skyline views, and a strong sense of security. It also seems to be maintained with real care. Tonia and Rachel helped us through the application process and were professional, warm, and easy to reach. Their communication was clear and timely from beginning to end, which can be hard to find in property management. It's a lovely community, and the people there seem to care about residents. We'll keep it in mind for the future. ✨

I'm a current tenant, and living at Sky On Main has been deeply frustrating. The place is overpriced for these so-called luxury apartments, and management keeps finding ways to charge residents more after making promises. They brought people in with promotions and discounts, then took them back months later. I chose the building partly for easy parking and guest parking. Now guests have nowhere to park, and residents have been reassigned in the garage. If you won't pay extra for the “exclusive, resident-only” area, you can try the public section if any spaces are left. Stacy and Tonya, the manager and assistant manager, are some of the most unpleasant people I've dealt with. They act irritated when residents come into the office and treat us like problems. Their leasing agent recently quit over what I understand were toxic workplace conditions. I wish I could leave this toxic community too. Management communication is dismal: parking changes were announced less than a week ahead, emails get ignored or answered with ChatGPT messages full of fake excitement about “new amenities.” That phrase usually means a change they know residents will dislike. When I've raised concerns, I'm told nothing can be done. Construction is constant, and projects described as lasting a few days drag on for weeks. Exercise equipment is often broken and dusty. There are dogs everywhere, the halls smell of urine, and feces in several spots can sit for days before anyone cleans them. One star. There are so many better options. I won't renew, and I wouldn't recommend living here.

Our son has been living at Sky on Main for a month and is very happy with the location, amenities, and building security. We're glad he chose it. We visited several apartments while helping him move from the STL area to KC, and Tonia and Stacy were helpful throughout, from the tour to move-in. They guided us through applying and sent photos and videos after we returned to STL. On move-in day, Tonia patiently answered my many mom questions and helped arrange parking and an elevator.
