My family and I were still in bed, with the kids asleep, when knocks woke us at 9 a.m. After just two knocks, housekeeping unlocked the door and started coming in. Checkout wasn’t until 11 a.m., so this was completely ridiculous and the worst start to our morning. We left shortly afterward and did complain to the front desk. We’ll never come back.

We had a good price for a great location, with plenty to do nearby and the amphitheater close by. They also honored the request my husband left in the booking comments. The room was fairly clean overall, but the bathroom floor was sticky enough that I nearly tripped several times. One bed sheet was stained, and the phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to ask for a replacement. They handed me the new sheet instead of offering to put it on, and that one had a hole. I’m not sure I’d book again.

We got to the room after checking in, opened the door, and found someone already inside. We backed out and went back to ask for another room. They should know which rooms are occupied. The location was great.

August 22, 2025. The room was dirty. There was hair and blood on the sheets, and hair all over the tub. I went to the front desk four times before I got the right sheet size, king. I mean no disrespect, but the cleaning staff didn’t speak English. The hotel was full because of the Chiefs game, but all they offered for such a terrible stay was one point. I’d give the room negative zero if I could.
