The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the fitness center looked recently updated and had everything I needed. I felt safe there, though I can't really comment on the location. I travel a lot for work and usually stay with Hilton, so I’ve seen some of the portfolio’s older properties. This Hampton Inn was a very pleasant surprise, and I’d happily come back.

Olivia from the breakfast team deserves a special mention. She was kind every day and went out of her way to help. The breakfast had a good range, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area where we felt safe. Parking in the garage costs $20 per night, but the convenience and extra sense of security made it feel fair. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

There’s an indoor pool that was great for kids, as well as a gym, and the staff were very courteous. Breakfast included little Denver omelettes with sausage and potatoes, plus waffles, fruit, bread, and cereal. Coffee was available in the lobby all day. Our room was clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the bath products smelled nice. The Country Club Plaza location was convenient, and we parked on the street to avoid the garage fee.

We came to Kansas City MO so our son could be near his dr., and the staff made the trip memorable. Hailey Tom Brianna Bonnie were among the people who were so kind and accommodating. They even decorated his door and gave him get well gifts. We’d definitely recommend staying here, and this will be the only place we use in Kansas City MO.
