For five days straight, they provided no room service at all. Nobody cleaned the room or replaced the towels, and basic housekeeping was ignored. That’s not acceptable when you’re paying for a comfortable hotel stay. When I brought it up, the staff were rude and dismissive, with no apology, attempt to fix things, or concern for the issue. I’ve had some of my worst hotel experiences here. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you’re okay being ignored and getting no service.

The room was at least clean, and the rate was good at under $100 a night. But it’s right by the highway, so it was really loud. The water was lukewarm, I had to keep getting the key remagnetized, and the TV was hard to use. Breakfast was bad even for a basic hotel continental spread. They don’t brew coffee, you just press a button for instant.

We booked at the last minute, and the woman at the front desk was lovely enough to let us check in early. Adam was very accommodating, and our room was clean and had everything we needed. It was really comfortable. We’ll be back. ❤️❤️

The room smelled awful and moldy when we arrived last weekend for Valentine’s Day. We immediately had to find somewhere else to stay and asked for a refund after checking in. They told us we’d hear back in a few days. Instead, they told the booking company we had stayed the whole time, enjoyed our stay, and had no smell in the room. Terrible customer service and rooms. Be careful with this shady company and room 312.

Another evening alone in another town, and I’m glad Best Western is around the greater Houston Area. This Katy spot works well if you’ve got business on this side of town. Check-in was easy, and the people at the desk were very Texas Friendly. The pool is the 💣 B, and you’re close to pretty much anything you could want in Katy. Free breakfast is included. The rooms aren’t bad either. We use Best Western properties often and will keep staying with them. Plotted. Scouts Out.
