Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kearney

The vinyl furniture was a plus for us, since we prefer it to worn cloth. The hotel was extremely clean, without the strange smells you get in so many places, lol. Breakfast had enough for us, with both hot and cold options. It's close to several Sandhill crane viewing spots, and we'd happily come back.

We've traveled from GA to WY three times in the past year and stayed at quite a few hotels along the way. We usually pay around $150-$200 for a 3-star place. The 3-star hotels in Kearney had poor reviews, but this 2-star hotel looked good in reviews, so we took a chance. We're glad we did: it was wonderful and saved us a lot of money. It's very clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good with a nice variety. We agree with others that it feels more like a 3-star than a 2-star. We'd stay again if we were in Kearney and definitely recommend it.

We've stayed here on our last 4 visits, and it's a great place to stay. The room was great, breakfast was great, and I like that the curtains can block all the sunlight. You could hear lots of people from their rooms in the hallway, but once we were inside our own room, we couldn't hear anyone. My only suggestion is a slightly softer bed. I did like having different pillow types to choose from, soft or harder.

The front desk ladies are absolute sweethearts and will try to accommodate you however they can, including discounts when possible. Their little breakfast is delicious, with a pancake maker, and on certain days kielbasa joins the sausage links and patties. If you can get a king suite, it's huge: two rooms, a ginormous bathroom with two sinks, two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, plus a kitchenette. I could ramble on about how good they are, but just take my word for it and come enjoy the experience!
