Eduardo at the front desk made a great first impression on my first stay here. He was welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He answered my questions and made sure everything was handled, so check-in felt smooth and pleasant. His excellent service made the stay even better.

Steve was our bartender for several nights during the four days we were there for a wedding. He was personable and handled all the changes and unexpected crowds our wedding party brought. He really made the trip for us. The staff were helpful throughout, and everything was clean and well maintained. The AC worked really well, and the beds on the pool level, the seventh floor, were amazing.

Blanca, the restaurant hostess, welcomed us each morning with so much enthusiasm that it got our days off to a happy start. Devon also greeted us each morning and made us feel like his most important customers, even with a huge number of people to serve. The valets had our vehicle ready despite all the times we came and went, and Eduardo gave us the warmest late-night welcome I’ve had at this hotel. Eduardo checked us in and gave us an updated Bonvoy welcome gift set that made me feel valued. These staff members are real gems. Their service was a big step up from our previous stays.

Eduardo at the front desk made us feel right at home. He gave us a late checkout and complimentary breakfast, and we got to play a fun little game when we arrived and won 500 points. We’re excited to stay here while visiting family.

Eduardo made check-in fun and gave us suggestions for places to see. The complimentary breakfast he arranged was lovely and amazing. Valet was great too, and anything I needed was brought up to the room promptly. Awesome hotel with an amazing front desk team. We’d definitely come back.
