The air conditioning worked well and I never got hot. The room, though, wasn't good. The floor was dirty, the tub and bathroom sink wouldn't drain after I showered, and a roach came out around the shower knobs. At breakfast the waffle machine was broken, and there was no meat or eggs, just yogurt and muffins. Fine for one night, maybe, but don't trust the pictures. This hotel needs renovations.

I booked another hotel nearby after deciding it was unsafe to stay here, and the hotel later refused to refund me despite my safety concerns. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. Guests shouldn't have to stay somewhere they feel threatened, especially late at night while traveling from out of state. I arrived around 12:30 AM with my girlfriend after booking that same evening, after 6 PM. Around 10-13 people were gathered at the entrance and parking area openly drinking. Several approached us as soon as we came onto the property, so we left immediately. We returned about 20 minutes later hoping it had calmed down, but the same group was there and approached us again. We felt extremely unsafe. I contacted customer support around 8 AM, well before checkout, and they opened a case. When hotel staff later called, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They said I should have contacted them before 3 AM for anything to be done. No such policy had been communicated when I booked. The lack of security and professionalism, and the disregard for guest safety, were unacceptable.

I've stayed at Wyndham hotels often, and this was the first bad enough experience that I felt I had to rate one. I wouldn't stay here again for any reason. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom floor hadn't been swept, and the bedspread had black and brown stuff on it. I brushed it off, but it looked awful. They charge $12.00 a day for parking even if you're staying at the hotel and not going to the aurport, which is insane. There's also a $75.00 damage hold even though they had my credit card and I'm a Wyndham business member. The bathroom light was rusty, the tub paint was peeling, mold was starting on the tiles above it, and the caulking around the tub and sink looked like it was from the 70's. I don't usually take time to rate places, but this stay was bad enough.

The breakfast wasn't worth the time, and the hotel's shop was completely empty. They advertise a “continental breakfast,” but what we found was cold boiled eggs and undercooked shredded potatoes. There was a sign asking people not to microwave boiled eggs, which made sense once I saw what they were serving. If they don't want to provide breakfast, they should stop advertising it. They should offer partial refunds for false advertising. As it was, guests couldn't get food at breakfast or from the store. I guess they expect people to starve. We were excited to have a pool view when we arrived, even though there was a huge puddle on the hallway floor. Then we realized the water was green with algae. The pool has turned into a pond, and ducks are living in it. We saw a “pool closed” sign, but calling it closed doesn't cover it. It's a toxic waste dump.
