Super 8 Kent/Akron Area

I’ve stayed here several times and usually had a lovely visit, but this one was disappointing. The receptionist decided I wasn’t handicapped and didn’t need the room I’d booked, so I was assigned another room. It had no soap or shampoo. When I asked, I could only get soap because there wasn’t any shampoo. What hotel runs out of both for guests? I might not come back.

We stayed through the winter storm, and the manager was a huge help with any problem that came up. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and large baths. For the price, this place is more worth the money than other hotels in the area. I’m already recommending it to everyone I know.

It was quiet around our room, and the internet and cable both worked great. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the owners were friendly and made sure we got fresh towels every day. We felt safe and comfortable and had a nice stay.

The location worked well, close to food, gas, and the Kent State University area. It felt peaceful, quiet, and safe during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the amenities all worked properly. Housekeeping kept everything tidy.
