Best Western Kernersville

The last room seemed clean, and breakfast was good. Getting there was a mess, though: first we were sent to a room that someone was already using, then one beside a barking dog. The third had sex toys in the fold-out bed, so clearly it hadn’t been checked before we were registered.

The room was mostly clean and the location was okay. The person who checked us in had a really bad attitude and didn’t make us feel welcome. The young woman who helped us check out was the complete opposite, very pleasant.

There’s no guest laundry, and management needs to do a better job. This was my third stay in three months. On the first two visits the WiFi was weak, and on this one I found out there was no internet at all after being moved to my second assigned room. The front desk said service calls were open and it should be fixed soon, but that wasn’t true. I was then told this Best Wester has always had WiFi trouble and management won’t spend the money to provide the advertised service. My first assigned room hadn’t been cleaned either.

Very clean and handy place. The food looked ordinary, but it tasted fresh and great. Breakfast had a nice range, and they kept the hot trays topped up the whole time. Excellent!
