Super 8 Kimball

The billing was the biggest problem for me. I was charged twice, then told one charge was a hold and would drop off in a couple of days. No one mentioned this before I booked, and having the cost of two rooms tied up for days can be a real problem if money is tight. I also couldn't get the late checkout I wanted. They offered 11:30, and said only guests checking in after 1:30 a.m. could get an extra hour. I've been a member since 2014, but that didn't seem to matter. The room itself was nice, and the staff left coffee in it. I bring an oscillating fan to deal with traffic noise at hotels, and the location was close to the interstate. I wasn't expecting anything fancy at that price. I've found similar basics at a nice Wyndham before. After this experience, I'll be using my other hotel apps and won't be staying at a Clarion again. Maybe this feedback will help the Kimball location improve its customer service. I hope anyone else who stays has a good experience.

We were near everything, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the price fair. Breakfast was decent too. I'd stay again and recommend it.

The room was easy to get into with a wheelchair, and it was clean. The desk person made a note about the bad lamp so it could be replaced, but nobody was available to do that for us that evening.

We were so tired that we stayed the night, but otherwise we would've left. There were roaches in the room, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. The mattress and top cover had blood stains. We're definitely not coming back.
