I've stayed at this property many times, on both the Residence Inn and Courtyard sides. The staff have always been friendly, my room has always been clean, and it's easy to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. There's also pet-friendly accommodation and EV charging in the parking garage. On my recent visit, bad weather pushed my check-in later than planned. After unpacking, I realized I'd left my phone charger behind, and it was too late to go looking for an open store. Manager Alyssa kindly let me borrow her personal charger for my stay. She didn't have to do that, and I'm very grateful. Her kindness has made me even more loyal to this property whenever I'm in the Knoxville area. Thank you, Alyssa.

It's a fine hotel apart from the thin walls, weak shower pressure, and $25 parking. I could hear a heavy snorer next door, and the water pressure gets about 2 out of 10. The garage has no way to control who comes and goes, so I don't see why parking costs $25. I could just as well have parked for free without saying anything.

Great location, with everything I wanted to see and eat within walking distance. The front desk staff were wonderful too. During a busy week my room took a bit longer to be ready, but the women at the desk kept checking on me while I worked in the lobby and made sure I was looked after. I wish I'd gotten their names. Thanks to all of them.

We stayed here for almost a year because of work, and the staff made the time memorable. Everyone was willing to help and put effort into the guest experience, from the front desk and breakfast area to housekeeping, the parking crew, maintenance, and the people caring for the common areas. Thanks to all of you. We really appreciated everything you did.

A manager named Andre offered a discount because of my bad experience, and gave me paperwork showing a different price. At checkout, the price was unchanged and there was no discount. I've emailed and reported what happened to upper management. Terrible stay. I wouldn't stay here.
