Surprisingly nice hotel for a decent rate. The couch is big and comfortable, there's a desk and chair, a large fridge and a good-sized TV. The channel lineup was awesome.

Fair prices, a huge refrigerator, and a big, comfortable couch. This Roadway is very nice, and the people who own it are good people.
10/10
We had a great stay at the Rodeway Inn for a Tennessee gameday. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very accommodating when we asked for things. It's only 13 minutes from downtown Knoxville, so I'd definitely recommend it.
10/10
This was just what we needed for the price: really affordable and clean, with no strange smells. The microwave and TV worked well, and the bathroom was big. Everyone at the front desk was kind, even when we asked after 11 pm to extend our stay by a night. I'd stay again.
2/10
The beds were clean, and the man at the desk in the morning was kind and eager to help. But the night was such a mess that I want to warn people. The woman checking us in was rude, impatient, and unhelpful, even though no one else was waiting. The lobby, breakfast area, and pool were closed, despite the advertised free breakfast and pool. The room was in poor shape too. The shower rail was bent, so water sprayed across the bathroom, and several furniture items were broken or missing pieces. The bathroom tile was covered with dirt, and rainwater kept leaking under the door all night and soaked our luggage on the floor. We would have left without staying if we could have gotten our money back. I don't recommend it.
