My son loved the clean pool, and it was comfortable to hang around while the kids swam since the area wasn't too humid. The hotel itself is very basic, but clean. Breakfast had very few choices, enough for a quick bite, nothing exciting. The beds came with just a sheet and a thin blanket, no comforter, so keep that in mind if you like to sleep warmer. A decent, no-frills stay.

The room was a good price and had what we needed, all clean and organized. The person who checked us in was really nice and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, but the first night was rough. Kids ran up and down the halls and banged on the door of the room next to us, keeping us awake most of the night. I don't know where their parents were, but hotel staff could have stopped it. It went on all night.

Everything was fine until checkout. I'd returned my room key already, then after breakfast I needed the bathroom. The one by the front desk required a key card, so I asked the clerk for one. She said they had no public bathroom. I explained that I'd just stayed there and needed to use it, but she repeated the same answer. That was an absolute failure of customer service. The employee needs training or retraining. It's pathetic to treat someone who just stayed the night that way, especially when I use Wyndham often.
