We were cold and exhausted by the time we finally got a room. Our first room upstairs was a smoking room that clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous stay, and it had no heat. At 2:00 a.m., with it 40 degrees outside, we crossed the lot to the front desk. The employee gave us another key, but there were already people in that room. The third room had someone in it too. The fourth was upstairs again and had no heat. He said it would take 10 minutes to start working, but after 30 minutes it still didn't. We called this time instead of walking over again and were told to come back for a fifth key. That room was non-smoking and downstairs. By then it was 2:45 a.m., so we took it. At 8:00 a.m. someone knocked to ask when we'd check out. We got no sleep and paid $60. The rooms were filthy, with holes in the walls and beds, and four of our five keys didn't work because of sensor problems. I'm so angry about this.

The location made it easy to get to local attractions and public transportation, and the staff were warm and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and I felt valued as a guest. My room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept well each night. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy during my stay. Whether you're here for work or leisure, the hotel has what you need for a comfortable visit. It exceeded my expectations.

For the price, I'd definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, and I didn't see bugs or stains of the kind budget hotels in the South often have. The room could use some fresh scents, though it didn't smell bad. Parking right outside the room was convenient, and check-in was easy with a polite owner. I didn't blame the hotel, but people wandering around the area made me think extra cameras or blue lights to mimic police cameras in the lot could give guests more peace of mind about their cars.

DO NOT COME HERE! The room smelled strongly of smoke, and we had to sleep with that odor all night. Some of our group have asthma. We booked queen beds but got full-size beds that felt really small. The sheets were stained and disgusting, so we slept on top of them. A horrible stay, definitely don't recommend.
