The room was huge and extremely clean, and Jenny in the kitchen let us come to breakfast a little late with a smile. She was a lovely bit of sunshine first thing in the morning. She even paused her work to help another traveler find places to visit around Shreveport, showing them on her phone while they saved the spots. Booker was just as kind when he checked us in late at night. There’s a lot of negativity around, so I wanted to share something positive. If you need a kind welcome and a nice place to stay while traveling through or to Shreveport, try this one. You’ll be glad you did.

Keaiva and Jayden were fantastic, and the whole staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. We didn’t have a safe in our room, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Still five stars from me.

We liked how peaceful the hotel felt, and everything seemed clean and well kept. River Ranch is a pleasant, convenient area with shops and places to eat nearby, and downtown Lafayette is just a short ride away. Our suite had plenty of room, including a separate living space where we could relax after being out. A comfortable option with good value for exploring Lafayette and the surrounding area.

Fine for a couple of nights. The bed was okay, but the toilet was low and small, the sink clogged quickly, and the carpet looked dingy. The AC didn’t do a good job controlling the temperature.

My wife and I were there for the weekend to help our daughter move into her dorm. The hotel was very clean when we arrived, and the staff were great. The pool area was nice, just small, and breakfast was the usual self serve hotel kind. The water never got hot. Also, rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay unless we missed a notice saying we needed to request daily service.
