The free park buses saved me money and were really useful. The hotel is also close to the parks, especially Disney. I spent around 7 to 16 dollars on each Uber ride when I used one, but I could have avoided that with the buses. There are places to eat within walking distance, including a convenience store, Steak and Shake, and other restaurants around the parking lot. For the price, the location and large, clean rooms were surprisingly good. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was satisfied, apart from the carpet smell, which seems to be an issue in almost all American hotels. The hotel was clean, had a wide breakfast selection, and the staff were kind and helped me whenever I needed something. I felt welcome and have nothing to complain about. Such a lovely place!

The rooms feel a little dated and could use an update, but the friendly service more than made up for that. Reception and breakfast staff were lovely, and Carmen in particular went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. Housekeeping also did a great job cleaning our room every day. The location is very convenient for Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld, and the hotel's shuttle service made getting to the parks easy. We had a comfortable stay and would come back. A friendly, clean place in a great spot.

We found this the most convenient place we've stayed on a family vacation. It's in the middle of everything, with a roughly 20-minute ride to the parks, and the free shuttles run to and from Disney World, Universal, and Sea World. There are lots of nearby options in the same plaza, including an Asian food buffet with sushi, Wawa open 24/7, a gift shop, and Steak and Shake. The price was a great value for such a good location. Breakfast is included, with hot choices like bacon, sausage links, eggs, and roasted potatoes, a great way to start the day.

We booked this for one night before our Disney trip. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. Our room was cozy, though the fifth-floor hallway smelled odd. The king bed felt too firm for me, and the room stayed warm even with the thermostat set to 66. There was a mini fridge, microwave, closet with hangers and ironing board, plus a sink outside the bathroom. The price was great, and I'd stay again for a quick overnight. I'm less sure about two nights since I didn't sleep well because of the mattress and room temperature. If you're in a pinch, it's a good deal.

Our original room had a mattress that dipped in the middle. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room in the middle of the night, then let us keep that room for the rest of our four-night stay. We really appreciated how they handled it. We stayed here in June 2025 during a Disneyland trip. The location was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well maintained.
