Marriott's Imperial Palm Villas

We arrived late during the first week of December for our two-bedroom suite. Maximus greeted us and was so helpful, courteous, and welcoming. It was a delightful stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. For the price and space, the large kitchens and screened balconies compare well with Disney Vacation Club. You’re also close to everything.

We cooked every day after doing a grocery shop, and the three-bedroom villa gave our group of five plenty of room. The rooms were nice and updated, though not especially modern. It worked perfectly for us. The balcony looked over the lake and had netting to keep bugs out, and the area was pretty quiet. We mostly had the pool closest to our villa to ourselves. The gym was on the small side, but had everything needed and I got a good workout in. The location is central to Disney, about a 10-minute drive. I’d stay again.

The staff were consistently friendly, and the small 24-hour shop was really convenient. My family and I had amazing service, and the rooms and the hotel, apartments, and pool are beautiful. It’s well located, with easy access to all the parks. I especially want to thank Nathaniel. I felt bad calling for service so late, but he showed up with a great attitude and was very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

While I was parking, a really rude employee said she’d take a picture of my license plate because I was driving fast. I thought that was disrespectful. I’d only passed the car in front of me, and I decided not to answer her.
