There were two rooms, and we paid cash, but they refunded us for only one. The place also seemed to have weekly rentals and a bad crowd. Cars kept pulling up to the same room every five minutes, which made it look like serious drug activity was going on. Then I felt something on my leg while I was in bed. It was a huge tick. We checked the mattress and found a bedbug. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The staff were decent and refunded my money, but I was already worried about my safety after what happened. Despite my doubts about the location, I checked in, got my key, and found someone already in the room. The area felt sketchy, and as a woman traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend it. Someone might walk in on you.

The rooms cost too much, the staff are rude, and there are roaches everywhere. Some outlets don't work, while others hang loose from the wall with wires exposed and can give you a shock. The light switches, heater, and main lights had problems too.

The room was warm and clean, and the new beds were great. Front desk reception was awesome, and the rate was surprisingly good. They welcome pets too. Good ol' Rocky Top!
