The whole stay was wonderful. The rooms were very nice, the prices were great, and beautiful plants surround the property. The owner was really nice and must have noticed me admiring them, because she gave me lots of beautiful flowers. If you need extra time after checkout, it costs just $10 per hour.

The rooms looked dirty and gross, and they wanted way too much money. For the same price I could go to West Palm Beach and stay at a nice chain hotel. The owner wanted check-in at 8 p.m., which I’ve never heard of. Who checks in at 8 at night? The standard is 3 p.m.

On February 15, 2018, the man at the counter told my mother she had to leave because she used to smoke. His exact words were, “you people stink, get off my property.” He was very rude. She’d booked ahead, but he still asked her to leave and refused to refund her money. She travels every weekend for business and has stayed in hundreds of hotels, and has never had worse customer service.

The first room they gave us had a big roach crawling around. In the second, the TV didn’t work, the room felt dirty, and there was no hot water. They refused to refund us. This place is horrible, stay away.

Just awful. The motel had bugs, and after they moved us to another room, there was still no hot water and the TV didn’t work. The room was dirty too. Stay away.
