The room had a roach problem, and the sink had no hot water. The staff also treated my roommate poorly and told her not to stay with me. I was charged the full room rate plus a late fee, then verbally evicted without getting a refund. They said my 15-year-old service dog, Koda Bear, was aggressive, but in all the years he’s been with me, he has never attacked another animal. When I asked, management wouldn’t show me the video or give me an incident report. They still made me leave even after Koda had been taken off the property. I believe that violated the federal ADA and Colorado State Law C.R.S. § 24-34-803. The eviction caused serious trauma and emotional distress, and I plan to seek statutory and noneconomic damages through the Colorado Civil Rights Division and the courts.

If you're after a quiet place, this isn't it. There are all kinds of people around, and the location isn't great either. Police are there so often, patrolling like Baywatch on the beach, that you probably won't have to wait for them. The place seems to attract some of the roughest people. I wouldn't recommend it for someone conservative and looking for peace. If you need something illegal, though, this would be my first stop.

I've been staying at this motel for quite a while and it's been good. I feel pretty safe there, since you need a key card to get into the rooms. People mostly keep to themselves.

Bedbugs and cockroaches. Keep driving! I talked to the blonde woman with the facial piercing, and she said the owner wouldn't give a discount or refund.
