The room in the Lancaster house was spacious, beautiful, and very vintage, with a really comfortable bed. The AC was lousy, though, and the room stayed warm. We were under a stairway, so the noise from people going up and down kept us up early. I also hated the saloon-style half door on the bathroom. There was no privacy, and from the king bed I could smell my husband's poop. Horrible.

We've been here a week, and so far we're having a great time. It's quiet and peaceful out in the country, with beautiful farmland and scenery. There are lots of beautiful, blessed Amish people around, and horse and buggies too!

The grounds were kept up nicely, and the staff were welcoming and personable. My room was clean, with nostalgic furniture and a four-post canopy-style bed. It did smell a little smoky, but I sorted that out with Febreze and a decorative cinnamon broom I had picked up while shopping earlier. This hidden gem made a wonderful trip even better, and I'd stay again.

The owners are super nice and ready to help whenever you need something, and for the price it's a great stay. My boyfriend and I have been twice. We loved the room on our first visit; the second one had noticeable damage to the walls and doors and smelled strongly of smoke. It didn't have a fitted sheet either, though that wasn't a huge deal.

We've really enjoyed staying here. When problems came up, they were handled quickly, and the management was professional and friendly for an inn and suites place. The laundry area is clean and the dryers get hot, but there's only one washing machine. Thanks, Larry and Norma.
