I was threatened and called racial slurs by the person next door, and management downplayed it. There was no common courtesy at all. The company allowed that ignorant person to stay on the premises and accepts that kind of behavior. Don’t spend your money here. Worst experience of my life.

The room smelled awful, and the air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep all night. The front desk receptionist was very rude. We paid $110 for one night, and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We came down at 8 a.m. hoping to eat something before driving home, only to find breakfast was already over. Nobody told us that at check-in. This place is a joke and shouldn’t be in business.

I stayed here a year ago, while in town for a funeral, and found a bedbug on me when I woke up the next morning. The rooms looked clean at first, but multiple family members staying in other rooms also woke up with bites that hadn’t been there the night before. I know more than one room was infested because of their reports, and I actually woke up with a bug on me. Beware. We told management after finding them. They said they knew about it and acted like bedbugs in the hotel weren’t a big deal. They didn’t disclose it to us or compensate us, which was sickening. I attached four photos of the bedbugs I found. Hopefully they won’t be deleted.

The first choice motel let me down for the first time. Everything was fine until I found a water bug in the room the next morning. And that breakfast isn’t much of a breakfast. I wish they had a better selection than muffins, waffles, yogurt, cereal and toast.
