We booked ahead through Expedia to have a room from November 30th through December 7th, 2025, and paid $434.45 on November 12, 2025. The charge came out that same day, even though it was supposed to happen on arrival. When my husband's job changed, I cancelled a few days before the stay. We'd paid $23 for insurance in case we needed to cancel, but I was told I would not get the money back. The hotel owner wouldn't return it, and legal advice didn't help me recover the money. I feel Expedia helped them steal from us. I warn people not to use this hotel or Expedia.

The sink in my bathroom was clogged and drained really slowly. Hopefully management has fixed it by now. I stayed here on July 22, 2025. The room was just okay, and the lot is extremely cramped and tiny. I wouldn't come here in anything bigger than a Sprinter van.

I found bed bugs on the bed, and they hadn't cleaned under it. The poor cleanliness has me worried I'll bring bed bugs home. I'd suggest choosing a cleaner hotel instead of staying at motel 9.

The room was very clean and already perfectly cold when I arrived. It was a nice room, with some updates inside, though the building exterior looked dated. Check-in through the small window was quick. Parking is the one drawback, especially if you have a bigger truck. I got lucky and found two empty spots at the end of a row.
