Dlux lofts is now an apartment complex with studio apartments, finished in a simple minimalist style that gives them an upscale, luxury feel. The square footage looks small on paper, and the units are small, but somehow they felt spacious enough to make a very nice little apartment home. I thought the kitchen and bathroom were very well finished, especially the bathroom. I look forward to becoming a resident of Dlux lofts.

The manager failed to mention the NFPA Codes after six people were killed and 17 injured. If an apartment has fire alarms, it’s safe, but the main point is that doors need to be shut during a fire. Well, then why should you?

In Vegas, you get what you pay for. Streets with a letter or numbers in the name tend to be in the old, run-down parts of town. Do your homework and you’ll know. Ask a local and you can find your way where you need to go.

Typical Vegas slumlords. People lost their lives because of their negligence. The building should be condemned and demolished.
