We picked this place for the apartment’s setup and beautiful view, and the inside is still lovely and well renovated. They fix things when we need it, which is a plus. But we moved in May 2025, and with our renewal coming up in May 2026, we’re unsure about staying because the noise issues have gone on for nearly a year without a real solution. The upstairs neighbors stomp around every day and drag or scoot furniture over their hard floors. The sound seems to travel through the HVAC, almost like a trombone in the vents. We’ve sent lots of emails with videos and reported it several times. The answer is usually that a notice will be put on their door. The day it happens, the noise gets even worse, almost like it’s intentional. There are quiet hours, but they aren’t enforced. We chose the apartment because it was advertised as mostly soundproof. Sirens from the nearby fire station, police department, and children’s hospital are understandable city noise, and aren’t the problem. Other things go unchecked too. People work on cars in the garage and leave used oil pans, car parts, and trash, even with a garbage can nearby. There are cars that don’t run taking up parking spaces, guests use resident parking, and someone’s two cars, a BMW and a silver Honda with no tags, are left with their parts and rubbish around them. Dogs pee in the elevator or pee and poop around the property without anyone cleaning up. Kids press every elevator button and stop it on each floor. The cameras seem like decoration, since these things keep happening. Signs and paper warnings haven’t changed anything. Enforcement and accountability are needed. It’s not cheap to live here, and dealing with stomping, furniture noise at odd hours, and loud kids in the hallways isn’t fair. We’d like to stay, but CC towers needs to take quiet hours seriously and do better.

The team at the Front Office has helped me more than once with printing. A few months ago they printed my resumes for a job fair, and this time Ms. Allegro kindly printed an important letter I needed to mail. I really appreciate her help. Living here has been a great experience. The gym is clean and very nice, the tennis court is huge, and the hot tub works perfectly. Our apartment looks great, and the large patio has a lovely view of the Strip. The staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help. They make Country Club Towers feel like home.

The views are a favorite part of living here, whether it’s the skyline, mountains, or golf course. They bring a peaceful feeling to everyday life. I’ve been at Country Club Towers for more than five years, and it’s been a great home. The community has improved over time, including a new pickleball court that’s been fun for unwinding and meeting other residents. Management seems committed to making the experience better. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the friendly, professional management team handles maintenance requests quickly. With the amenities and calm atmosphere, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable long-term place.

I’ve been here around two years and love it. The building’s older, but it’s held up well. Neighbors are cool, parking is rarely a problem, and the elevators are really quick. Maintenance is helpful and responds fast. 10/10, would recommend!

We just moved in, and so far my husband and I are really happy here. Our apartment is roomy, modern, and clean, and we haven’t heard noise from the neighbors above or beside us. The amenities include a pool, hot tub, dog park, pickleball courts, and gym. There’s also an overnight security guard, and the building feels secure. Management is quick to respond and helpful, and everyone around us has been friendly. Highly recommend!
