They let us check in about an hour and a half early, which was nice. We found the lot safe, and walked between the hotel and the Strip every day. There’s also a hotel shuttle if you book in advance, but we didn’t need it. We saw a few homeless people, though not as many as in some other big cities. The hotel is within walking distance of the Strip. Parking is shared by Hilton and Marriott hotels and costs $20 a night, as listed on the Marriott app. That wasn’t a surprise. Most hotels I looked at charge for parking, and it’s Vegas, so everything costs more. If you don’t want to pay, stay farther away. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was clean with hot water right away. Hotel pillows always suck, so I brought my own. Breakfast was a carb fest, but that worked for me since I was running a Hyrox that weekend and needed carbs. Staff were nice. There’s a pool and a pleasant fire pit out front, and an In & out burger across the street for a quick bite. Great hotel.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff seemed more focused on closing it early than restocking food or clearing dirty tables. Parking costs $20 a night. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel just off the Strip. New York New York is about a ten-minute walk away, and it was handy to have a full-size fridge and parking without needing valet.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, with fresh food and both hot and cold choices ready without a rush. Jennifer at the front desk also made a real difference. She was welcoming and professional, and got our check-in sorted out smoothly with a lot of positive energy. Our room was bright, roomy, and spotless after a long day out. The housekeeping team clearly takes care of the place. We had an excellent stay at the TownePlace Suites Las Vegas Stadium and would happily come back.

The room I got was subpar, and they didn't give me a status upgrade either. On top of that, this is the first hotel where I've had to pay the ridiculous parking fee despite working hard to earn Platinum Elite again for the extra benefits. Apparently only Ambassador members get parking waived. It's a TownePlace Suites, not the Ritz Carlton. I checked out early and found another hotel on principle. Very disappointing, and I won't return. I'll let others know too.

I still haven't gotten this sorted out, and I feel like TownePlace Suites took advantage of me. The front desk quoted $54 for the room, but when I checked out Sunday I was charged $265. The person there couldn't help or connect me with a manager, and there wasn't a manager on duty. We were in town for a timeshare adventure. There'd been lightning and thunderstorms and the power went out when we arrived, so we couldn't really check in at first. We left, came back later, and got our room. Maybe the timeshare place wasn't responsible, but TownePlace Suites definitely left me feeling this way. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere near them. Please don't.
