There wasn’t a chair or table in the room, and nowhere to hang clothes, so ours ended up on the floor. At checkout, they were right on time at 11 and sent security to stand by our door while we packed. We were told to be off the property by 11:05 or risk possibly being arrested. We will never return to Motel 6, and you shouldn’t either. We arrived for our 3pm check-in, but the room still wasn’t clean. They told us to go away and said they’d call when it was ready. Two hours passed with no call. When we came back at 5, we waited another 30 minutes. Housekeeping needs more help, or needs to work faster. Maybe they needed all six hours to clean our room.

I booked a room months ahead for New Year’s Eve and got a good rate. On the day we were due to arrive, the room prices were much higher than what I’d reserved. They canceled my booking so they could sell it to someone else at the steep rate. Dirty.

Fatima made the stay for me. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I arrived and asked how my day was going. Her customer service was amazing, and she really went above and beyond. Best Motel 6 in Las Vegas by far. She deserves a big raise or bonus.

The motel is brand new, and the staff were great. Fatima looked after me from beginning to end, and I really appreciated my stay. The location is handy too, close to Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Container Park, Btc Transit Center, and Las Vegas Blvd.

Everything’s close by, which I loved. Fatima at the front desk was really helpful and gave great customer service. I’d recommend staying here.
