The good bits: there was no pet fee, and it’s an easy walk from the Strip. It’s also within walking distance of LAS airport if you’re desperate. The downsides: I found three roaches in my room. There were no hangers or toilet paper holder, and the walls and even the door let through loads of noise. In the dog areas, there were sharp, rusty things like nails, screws, and pins or needles. No fridge or microwave either.

Cassie is a great manager and has one of the best personalities you could ask for in a leader. My accommodations have been satisfying as always. She creates a professional, well-run atmosphere and looks after both the hotel guests and her staff. The property stays fairly clean around the clock, and security is often patrolling to help keep guests safe. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, close to major activities, with free parking for the stay.

The towels were gray and brown, with hairs all over them, and housekeeping never checked in during the three days I was there. I also got bitten by bed bugs. There are only four channels on the TV, and the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get my deposit back, but whenever I call, the person I need isn’t there and doesn’t return my messages. One woman was helpful, but she couldn’t find any record of the deposit. It seems to have vanished, even though there was no reason to keep it. I’ll be reaching out to someone for help. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

We stayed because the price worked for us, but I wouldn’t recommend the place unless you have no other option. The beds were comfortable, security made regular rounds, and check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and brought us two extra pillows promptly when we asked, which helped since there were only two pillows for four people. The room itself had black smudges on the bed covers and shoe prints on the pillowcases. The towels were gray, the curtains were broken, and the toilet clogged. They left us a plunger, so we had to clear it ourselves. Outside the door there was a bag of trash and a pile of wet, dirty towels that we had to kick aside to get in. The hotel is old.
