We chose this hotel through Amex Travel for a one-day business meeting in Las Vegas. The room was cozy and beautiful, with an incredible Strip view from the 39th floor. Service was smooth and professional from the valet through check-in, and the staff throughout were kind, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer and used the gym, but we’ll save that for next time. A superb stay, highly recommended.

The hotel gave me a cute, delicious birthday cake when I stayed to celebrate, which made the visit extra special. Service felt thoughtful and attentive. The location is only minutes from central Las Vegas but still quiet and peaceful. There’s no casino in the hotel, so the atmosphere is much more relaxing.

The pool is adults-only and peaceful, and Charlie Palmer Steak is excellent. The rooms are impeccable. This gives you Strip luxury without the casino chaos: it occupies the top floors of Mandalay Bay but has a separate entrance and its own identity. You can use Mandalay Bay’s amenities if you want, so it feels like you get both.

The food was excellent. I had breakfast at the restaurant and room service for dinner. The man who brought dinner was especially considerate, offering to set up an extra table so the room would feel like a real restaurant. The staff were incredible throughout. Housekeeping came by 3-5 times a day without me asking, bringing extra water and towels and having kind conversations. Briana at the front Desk went out of her way to find me a great room. A young Black male trainee, only in his second week, was knowledgeable and helpful. When I misplaced my Versace shades during a room upgrade, several desk staff worked together to find them quickly. I can’t wait to go back.

The spa is amazing, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. It’s a classy oasis in an area where that can be hard to find, with consistently great facilities and less of the sleaze found elsewhere on the Strip. Gaming and shops are easy to reach if you want them, and easy to leave behind. Service is a little more hands-off than at other high-end hotels, but everyone is incredibly helpful when you need them, which fits the low-stress feel. Highly recommended.
