The staff made this feel like one of my best hotel stays in years. Lina was great at check-in, and Juanti from Housekeeping took time out of his day to help me get into my room and made me feel welcome. Mitch in the Player's Card area also helped set me up and explained the casino. They really seem to care about guests. Hotel Apache has cool rooms and great prices, and Fremont Street is where I'd stay in Vegas. After two nights, I had no wifi at all, which I needed for work. One call to Ruby at the Four Queens front desk, Hotel Apache's sister property, and I was offered a new room immediately. Hotel Apache nailed it.

There was some noise from traffic outside, including lots of emergency vehicles, and people in the hallway. Luckily, the built-in fan helped a lot. We liked the view, the bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size. Great location and price, so we'd definitely come back.

It's very affordable and pleasing, right in the center of the Downtown area. The Apache is a comfortable, clean, sturdy hotel with an old-fashioned class to it. It's a little dated and short on frills, but I love it. And it's one of the last Vegas hotels with no resort fee.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very good experience. You can hear the music clearly because it's next to Fremont Street, but that didn't bother us. The location is great for enjoying Las Vegas nightlife, with casinos, restaurants, bars, and pretty much everything around. For the price and quality, it's a very good hotel. I'd definitely return.

The best thing about this hotel is its Fremont Street location. The room was clean, but tiny and bare, with an old-fashioned feel. The hallway carpet was stained and disgusting, and we joked it might be discolored from dead bodies. It had a haunted vibe, which was about the only interesting thing here. The rooms, beds, and lack of privacy made it a poor choice for an anniversary. We couldn't control the air being pumped through the third floor day and night, and the room was freezing. I even had to turn on the heat at one point. I'm glad we brought extra blankets and pillows. The pool wasn't accommodating, and the hotel had little else to offer, not even coffee or other basics you'd expect in most rooms. There was a constant beep from a wall plug. We lost a whole night of sleep before finding the source and unplugging the end table, which was clearly malfunctioning. With so little insulation, we could hear every conversation between rooms. We felt we had to keep quiet to accommodate other guests, even though we weren't loud, just excited to be in the city that never sleeps for our anniversary. We got back from clubbing at 4 a.m. and the neighbors' alarm went off for over an hour the next morning while they didn't get up to switch it off. Then we heard them complain that we were up late. It was Halloween weekend on Fremont Street, so that seemed absurd. We left after two nights for another hotel and had a much more pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this unless you absolutely can't afford anything else.
