The location is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby. They’re all pretty pricey, though the food was good. Even so, I don’t think this is a four star hotel. We waited in a very long line to check in, then found our room short on towels and with empty shower dispensers. When I called housekeeping, they brought around 50 little soap containers, which wasn’t what we’d asked for. The room was cleaned just once during our five nights, even though I requested service several times. There was also a mini bar charge of over $60 on our bill despite us not using anything. One pack of M&M's was supposedly $9.99. It took two requests to get the charge removed. There’s no coffee maker or microwave in the room, so making coffee or tea there isn’t an option. The room service app was still on the nightstand and the menu was online, but trying it only gave me a moment of false hope. No continental breakfast or fresh pot of coffee from room service anymore. DoorDash can be picked up in the lobby, or you can order takeaway from some restaurants. The amenities cost extra too. Using the saunas and whirlpool for four hours runs about $60, and the discounted guest ticket to ride the elevator to the top of the 'Tower' for the view was $30. Paris was a big disappointment. The service and amenities weren’t what we expected.

We had a corner balcony suite in the Versailles Tower, with newly remodeled rooms. From our room we could see the Bellagio fountains, and the side window gave us a view of the Sphere. The Strip noise comes with that location, which we expected, but light sleepers should keep it in mind. Paris Las Vegas is right in the middle of everything, with great restaurants and lots of attractions within walking distance. The staff were kind and helpful, and we’d absolutely stay here again if we wanted to be right on the Strip.

The location was great, and for that price I can’t complain. The room was run down and nothing special, but it had what you need. The gym needs attention too, since some equipment didn’t work and there were no dumbbells. Still, it was one of the nicer casinos. I’d stay here again.

The casino was lively and busy, with good food choices. The area was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly. Our friends got upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of the fountain show, and it was lovely. Thank you!

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Those things made for a good stay. Getting around the property takes a lot of walking because the hotel is so large. Parking costs extra, even for guests, and there were additional fees beyond what we paid online, whether or not we used room amenities or services. The extra charges and paid parking were disappointing.
