Roaches were crawling around the bathroom and toilet, and mice ran across the room while I was there. I left early and asked for part of my money back. The manager brushed me off, called me a liar, and wouldn’t listen or help. It was a terrible stay. Unless you have no other option, I’d avoid this place. The rooms have rodents, and management was unprofessional and unhelpful.

I tried cleaning the filthy, urine-smelling floors myself after buying supplies, but it still wasn’t enough. The rooms were in awful shape, with roaches everywhere and bedbugs. Other residents screamed and fought constantly. Room service came only on Monday or Friday, at least those were the only days I got it. I can’t recommend this place.

We were working nearby and had our drone up when we saw how much damage there was on the roof, damage that can’t be seen from the ground. I’ve tried calling to reach the facility manager. I wouldn’t stay here without seeing the roof myself to make sure it’s been repaired or replaced, or whatever work is needed. I can see why the reviews are so bad.

I was in room 169, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lobby doors lock at 6:30pm, so check-in means knocking at a broken sliding window. The secured hallway door by my room was broken. Inside, the bed had been made, but the walls around the microwave were greasy, there were cobwebs and white stuff above the headboard, and there were scuffs and dirt. One wall was broken. Three lamps, only one working. The sheets and blankets had burn marks, the TV remote didn’t work, and the curtains had holes. The bathroom counter and sink had folded towels and mustache clippings all over them, and there were clippings in the toilet too. When housekeeping came the next morning asking whether I needed fresh towels, I told her about the room. She said she wasn’t the only person cleaning and that it was management’s problem, not hers. I told the front desk, and the older man got angry and asked what I wanted. Another guy then asked who had made the room available. They have lots of rooms, charging some guests more than $70 and others around $55. They also have long-term residents and charge $1,300 a month to stay in this dump. The owners should be ashamed. They’re making close to $200K a month.

We needed a fairly cheap room for a few hours before taking my boyfriend to BWI at 4am. I’d planned to come back and sleep a bit more before the hour-and-a-half drive home, but after seeing the room I went straight home instead. I didn’t feel safe staying there alone. The room was disgusting and smelled so strongly of cigarettes that it felt hard to breathe. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and curtains, and it looked as if nothing had been wiped down in years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the bedding hadn’t been washed, so I slept on top of some of my packed clothes. I can’t believe this place is still open.
