The bed was really comfortable and the room looked very clean, though there was a smell. I don't know where the $67 rates came from, since I paid $100. For that price, I didn't feel the room was worth it.

Clean room, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms could use some updating and there aren't many outlets, but for a budget-friendly price it exceeded my expectations.

I booked through booking.com, but the man at reception still threw me out and refused to cancel the reservation when I asked. He wouldn't help me at all, and the only English I heard from him was swearing. King swore at me, and the man with a scar on his face insulted me and kicked me out. I feel they took my money and won't return it. Could the hotel manager please contact me? Looking at the comments, other people are also complaining about the reception guy. I'm asking the owner to fix this. Are we supposed to pay for a hotel just to be insulted? There are camera recordings, too. I ran away from reception because he came out after me to beat me, and it was incredibly scary. I say it again, stay away if you don't want to get beaten. The man at reception seems psychologically disturbed and really needs treatment.

The room was clean and there were no insects, but the place is a low-budget motel. The bedding and furniture were worn, and the room itself was drab. Rates get extreme during KU football weekends. Late at night, there was screaming and loud commotion in the parking lot. Breakfast is a joke.
