Check-in was quick, and the clerk was really friendly. The new construction was super clean, and the room smelled amazing when I walked in. There were lots of TV channels, plus a fridge and microwave, and they have a fitness centre. Breakfast runs 6to9 monday to friday and 6to10 on weekends. Great experience 🥰

We stopped here on the drive to Sevierville and needed somewhere affordable, safe, and clean. It checked every box. I was really impressed by how clean and quiet the hotel was, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

After an unexpected death in the family, we couldn’t travel. I called right away, but couldn’t reach the property despite trying several times. When I finally got through the next day, the hotel showed no compassion. They wouldn’t cancel, wouldn’t let me speak with management, and charged my card anyway. I filed a formal complaint with corporate. I was told the payment was just an authorization hold, but that wasn’t true once the charges posted. Even after speaking with management later through corporate channels, there was no resolution. The staff were cold, dishonest, and unprofessional. If you have an emergency, don’t expect empathy or accountability. There are plenty of hotels in the area, so I wouldn’t spend my money here.

The room was surprisingly clean, and the front desk responded quickly when we needed something. It was easy to get in and out, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely stay again.
